Section 29-3105. RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT

3105.1Participating agencies may employ Corps trainees pursuant to an agreement signed by the agency and the Director.

3105.2The Director shall be responsible for referring all trainees to participating District Government agencies, and for assuring that these persons meet all eligibility requirements.
