Section 29-3106. USE OF FUNDS

3106.1The financial assistance provided shall include tuition and may depending on a needs analysis include the following:

(a)Reasonable cost of textbooks and supplies;

(b)Reasonable transportation costs to and from classes;

(c)Reasonable costs of child care while attending classes; and

(d)A stipend to defray the reasonable cost of living expenses for full-time independent students.
