Section 29-4203. CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES REQUIRED

4203.1Only the case manager is authorized to admit, request a change in services, or discharge a recipient from the waiver services program.
4203.2Each provider of waiver services shall receive approval from the case manager prior to initiating, changing, adding, or terminating any approved waiver service. The case manager shall forward a copy of the Change Request or Discharge Summary to the MAA and to all other providers.
