Section 29-5826. REASSESSMENT OF WAIVERS

 

5826.1The Director or his or her designee shall request that the applicant or recipient attend a reassessment interview at least once every six (6) months.

 

5826.2The Director or his or her designee shall notify the applicant or recipient in writing of the reassessment interview at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the current waiver.

 

5826.3The waiver shall continue as long as the program requirements would continue to make it more difficult for the applicant or recipient to escape family violence, put the applicant or recipient at further risk of violence, or where failure to comply with work requirements is a result of family violence.

 

5826.4A decision by the Director or his or her designee not to continue the domestic violence good cause waiver may be appealed pursuant to Section 5827.
