Section 29-6015. WORKING WITH THE FOSTER CHILD'S FAMILY

6015.1A foster parent shall work with the foster child's family members as set forth in the foster child's case plan.

6015.2A foster parent shall be consulted by the foster child's social worker in planning for visits between the foster child and his or her parents and family members in accordance with the case plan.

6015.3A foster parent shall allow each foster child and the foster child's family members and friends to communicate by mail and by telephone in accordance with the foster child's case plan.

6015.4A foster parent shall maintain the confidentiality of information concerning the foster child's family in accordance with the requirements of § 6023.
