Section 29-6701. SERVICES SUBJECT TO RECOVERY

6701.1The Medicaid Program may impose a lien on both real and personal property of a Medicaid recipient after the recipient's death subject to the limitations set forth in this Chapter.

6701.2All services and health premiums paid under the District's State Plan for Medical Assistance including nursing facility services, home and community-based services, and related hospital and prescription drug services paid on behalf of any individual who received medical assistance at age 55 or older shall be subject to recovery against the decedent's estate.
