Section 3-104. ORDERS OF THE BOARD

104.1The Chairperson shall approve or disapprove Board orders in writing with his or her signature, as may be appropriate.

104.2The Chairperson shall be legally bound to administer a Board order notwithstanding the fact that he or she may have disapproved the order.
