Section 3-105. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

    105.1For the purposes of this chapter, the term "written communications" means letters, memoranda, or other documents.

     

    105.2All requests for documents shall be handled in accordance with procedures set forth in the District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act.

     

    105.3Where a majority of the Board votes to issue a communication, the Chairperson or the Chairperson’s designee may sign the document and issue it on behalf of the Board.
