Section 3-426. POST-HEARING PROCEDURES: GENERAL

426.1Prior to filing the final decision, the Board may, on its own motion, reopen the record and require further hearing on designated issues before the Board.

426.2Notice of a further hearing along with a designation of issues shall be forwarded to any party who participated in the earlier proceedings, or his or her legal representative. Notice shall be given at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for further hearing.
