Section 3-427. PROPOSED FINDINGS

427.1In a contested case proceeding, pursuant to § 423, the Board may request parties to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law for the consideration of the Board within the time as the Chairperson may direct.

427.2Copies of proposed findings and conclusions shall be served by each party upon all other parties.
