Section 30-2220. SUBMISSION OF BIDS: GENERAL PROVISIONS

2220.1To be considered for award, a bid shall be required to comply in all material respects with the IFB.

2220.2Bids shall be filled out, executed, and submitted in accordance with the instructions in the IFB.

2220.3Bids shall be submitted so that they will be received in the office designated in the IFB not later than the exact time set for opening of bids.
