8114.1A school shall maintain a collection of books, periodicals, newspapers, teaching aids and other instructional materials adequate for the needs of the educational programs of the school.

8114.2A school's collection of books, periodicals, newspapers, teaching aids and other materials shall be readily accessible to the faculty and students, during all hours of school operation.
