Section 5-E1301. TRANSFERS

1301.1Transfers within the Board of Education shall be granted to employees of the D.C. Public Schools in accordance with procedures established by the Superintendent.

1301.2The terms of any negotiated collective bargaining agreement pertaining to transfers shall supersede this section.
