Section 6-B3812. RESIDENCY PREFERENCE FOR MANAGEMENT SUPERVISORY SERVICE

3812.1The residency preference provisions of section 801(e) (1), (2), (3), (5), (6), and (7) of the CMPA (D.C. Official Code § 1-608.01(e) (1), (2), (3), (5), (6), and (7)), as amended, and Chapter 3 of these regulations, shall apply to employment in the Management Supervisory Service.
