Section 7-106. COMPUTATION OF TIME

    106.1Any days required to be counted shall be counted commencing with the day after the date referenced in the rule, or, if an NOD is issued, the date after the certificate of service attached to the NOD issued by the Program.

     

    106.2If the deadline for any activity falls on a Sunday, Saturday, legal holiday, or a day that is normally a business day but on which the District government is otherwise closed, such as for snow or other emergency, the deadline will be continued to the next business day.

     

    106.3Whenever it is not specified by the plain language of the rule, the term “day” or “days” shall mean “calendar day” or “calendar days.”
