Section 8-A323. IMPROPER USE OF POSITION FOR FINANCIAL GAIN

323.1No official, employee, or agent of the School of Law shall accept any gratuity, courtesy, or gift in any form from any firm, partnership, corporation, association, or person under any circumstances which, directly or indirectly, suggest the possibility of future use of the connection or relationship thus formed for securing favorable comment or consideration on any commercial commodity, process, or undertaking.

323.2Employees of the School of Law shall not purchase goods or services for personal use through channels used in the purchase of goods and services for the operation of the School of Law.
