Section 8-B1221. HONORARIA AND PROFESSIONAL FEES

1221.1Upon recommendation of the President or appropriate vice president, the University's Division of Material and Inventory Management shall negotiate professional fees, honoraria, and other payments to non-employees who are invited to perform services for the University.

1221.2Per diem and travel allowances shall be considered separately and shall be in addition to honoraria payments.
