Section 8-B1310. FUNERAL LEAVE

1310.1Leave with pay, without loss of vacation or other leave, may be granted to allow an employee to attend the funeral of a fellow employee.

1310.2Funeral leave may be taken if approved by the employee's department head or supervisor and shall be limited to employees in the same functional work unit as the deceased employee.
