Section 9-2015. WITNESSES

 

2015.1The Panel Chairperson may compel the attendance of witnesses at a hearing, administer oaths or affirmations, and examine appellants and other witnesses under oath.

 

2015.2Notice shall be provided to the petitioner and to OTR of any summons by the Panel Chairperson of a witness related to an appeal.

 

2015.3Fees for witnesses summoned by the Commission shall be paid out of funds available to the Commission at the rate allowed in civil actions before the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. 

 

2015.4The petitioner or OTR’s representative may call witnesses to provide testimony at a hearing, subject to such limitations as may be imposed by the Panel.

 

2015.5Fees for witnesses called by the petitioner or OTR’s representative shall be paid by the party calling the witness.
