Section 9-2016. PROHIBITION ON EX PARTE COMMUNICATION

    2016.1Neither the petitioner nor OTR, nor a representative of either party, shall communicate with any Commissioner concerning a specific appeal except by written communication served on the other party, but Commissioners may communicate with either party regarding routine administrative matters which do not involve material facts in dispute relevant to a specific appeal.
