IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

 

October 2, 2012

 

 

To confirm the reappointment of Mr. Bryan Scott Irving to the District of Columbia Boxing and Wrestling Commission.

 

 

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the “District of Columbia Boxing and Wrestling Commission Bryan Scott Irving Confirmation Resolution of 2012”.

 

Sec. 2.  The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

 

Mr. Bryan Scott Irving

1204 Fairmont Street, N.W.

Washington, D.C. 20009

(Ward 1)

                                                                                                                       

as a member of the District of Columbia Boxing and Wrestling Commission, established by section 5 of the District of Columbia Boxing and Wrestling Commission Act, effective

October 8, 1975 (D.C. Law 1-20; D.C. Official Code § 3-604), for a term to end January 5, 2014.

           

Sec. 3. The Secretary to the Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

           

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
