STATE HEALTH PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY

 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

 

 

Pursuant to 22 DCMR, Part B, Section 4302.1, the District of Columbia State Health Planning and Development Agency ("SHPDA") will hold a public hearing on Certificate of Need Registration No. 10-3-1 an application by Sibley Memorial Hospital for Construction of a Replacement Bed Tower, Cancer Center, and Emergency Department.  The hearing will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., at 825 North Capitol Street, N.E., 9^th Floor, Room 9006, Washington, D.C.  20002.

 

Persons who wish to testify should contact the SHPDA on [phone] before 4:45 p.m., by Thursday, August 19, 2010.  Each member of the public who wishes to testify will be allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes.  Written statements may be submitted to:
