Section 25-A2103. METHODS - MECHANICAL WASHING

 

2103.1Linens shall be mechanically washed, except as specified in § 2103.2.

 

2103.2In food establishments in which only wiping cloths are laundered as specified in § 1604.2, the wiping cloths may be laundered in a mechanical washer, sink designated only for laundering wiping cloths, or a warewashing or food preparation sink that is cleaned as specified in § 1803.
