Section 25-A2803. OUTDOOR AREAS - SURFACE CHARACTERISTICS

    2803.1The outdoor walking and driving areas shall be surfaced with concrete, asphalt, or gravel or other materials that have been effectively treated to minimize dust, facilitate maintenance, and prevent muddy conditions. 

     

    2803.2Exterior surfaces of buildings and mobile food establishments shall be of weather-resistant materials, and shall comply with applicable District laws and regulations and the D.C. Plumbing Code (2008) incorporating the International Plumbing Code (2006) or most recent edition, as amended by the D.C. Plumbing Code Supplement (Subtitle F of 12 DCMR). Pf 

     

    2803.3Outdoor storage areas for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be constructed of materials specified in §§ 2701 and 2702.
