Section 25-A3209. PHYSICAL FACILITIES - USING DRESSING ROOMS AND LOCKERS

 

3209.1Employees shall use dressing rooms if they regularly change their clothes in the establishment. 

 

3209.2Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions.
