Section 25-B3513. ADMINISTRATIVE - CONDEMNATION ORDER, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, AND FOOD PACKAGING MATERIALS MAY NOT BE USED OR MOVED

3513.1Equipment, utensils or food packaging materials that is subject to a condemnation order may not be used, sold, moved, or otherwise destroyed by any person, except as specified in section 3513.2.

3513.2The Department may allow the licensee or dealer to store the equipment, utensils, or food packaging materials in an area of the food processing operation that does not restrict operations of the establishment.
