Section 25-B3520. ADMINISTRATIVE - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TERM OF SUSPENSION, REINSTATEMENT

3520.1A summary suspension shall remain in effect until the conditions cited in the notice of suspension no longer exist and the Department has confirmed, through re-inspection or other appropriate means, that the conditions cited in the notice of suspension have been eliminated.

3520.2The suspended license or dealer certification shall be reinstated if the Department determines that the public health hazard or nuisance no longer exists. A notice of reinstatement shall be provided to the licensee or dealer.
