Section 25-B3700. ADMINISTRATIVE - NOTICE, REQUEST FOR HEARING, BASIS AND TIME FRAME

3700.1A person who receives a notice of hearing for an administrative remedy as specified in this chapter and elects to respond to the notice shall file a response to the notice within seven (7) calendar days after service.

3700.2In response to an adverse administrative action, a licensee or dealer may submit a written request for a hearing to the Department within fifteen (15) calendar days of the receipt of notice of adverse action.

3700.3A hearing request shall not stay the Department's restriction or exclusion of employees specified in sections 3301 and 3302, an embargo order as specified in section 3503, a condemnation order as specified in section 3510, or the imposition of a summary suspension as specified in section 3516.
