Section 25-C6447. APPLICATION PROCEDURE - FORM OF SUBMISSION

6447.1An applicant shall submit an application for a license to operate a public swimming pool or spa at least thirty (30) calendar days before the opening date of the swimming pool or spa, or before the expiration date of the current license for an existing swimming pool or spa.

6447.2Licenses shall be valid for a two (2) year period and the fees shall be prorated for licenses issued after beginning of the license period.

6447.3An applicant shall submit a written application for a public swimming pool or spa license on forms provided by the Department.
