Section 25-C6446. APPLICATION PROCEDURE - PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION

6446.1To qualify for a swimming pool and spa operator's permit an applicant shall:

(a)Complete an application form, provided by the Department of Health;

(b)Submit proof of certifications specified in section 6405; and

(c)Pay the required fee.

6446.2A swimming pool and spa operator's permit shall be valid for a three (3) year period.
