Section 25-F1113. ADMINISTRATIVE - REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE

    1113.1Failure to comply with any of the provisions of these regulations shall be grounds for the revocation or suspension of any license issued to a tanning facility pursuant to the Department of Health Functions Clarification Act of 2002, effective October 3, 2001, as amended, (D.C. Law 14-28; D.C. Official Code § 7 731(b) (2008 Repl.; 2012 Supp.)). When there is a history of repeated violations or where a license has been previously suspended, the Department may revoke a license upon a showing of a subsequent violation. 

    1113.2Before the Department revokes or suspends a license, the licensee shall be given an opportunity to answer and to be heard on the violations.
