903.1At the conclusion of the inspection, the Department shall provide a copy of the completed inspection report and the notice to correct violations to the licensee and request a signed acknowledgment of receipt. The inspection report shall contain a listing of violations by area in the operation and inspection item with corresponding citations to applicable provisions in these regulations and shall be conspicuously posted in the reception area next to the tanning facility’s license.
