Section 26-A2112. LIQUIDATION OF SINKING FUND

2112.1If any sinking fund becomes impaired, insolvent, ceases operation, or violates any provision of this chapter the Commissioner may liquidate the fund in accordance with D.C. Code, Section 35-1508(a)(2), 1981 Edition (as amended).
