Section 30-2204. BID REQUIREMENTS

2204.1Each bid shall be based upon specifications contained in the IFB.

2204.2Each bid shall be typewritten or written legibly in ink.

2204.3Each erasure or alteration shall be initialed by the signer in ink.

2204.4Each bid, except a telegraphic bid, shall be signed in ink.

2204.5Each bid, except a telegraphic bid, shall be submitted in an envelope that clearly indicates that it contains a bid and identifies the IFB.
