    1105.1No employee of the University shall discriminate against any person in any recruitment, examination, appointment, promotion, retention, training, disciplinary, or any other personnel action because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, political affiliation, matriculation, physical handicap, source of income, or place of residence or business.

     

    1105.2The University shall recruit, select, and appoint applicants in accordance with the Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and affirmative action policies and procedures established by the District.
