Section 8-B1209. MEASUREMENT OF CHANGES IN CURRENT POSITIONS

    1209.1The Office of Personnel Management and Development ("OPMD") shall arrange quarterly meetings of the Evaluation Committees to review changes in existing positions.

     

    1209.2The Director shall ensure that committee members are provided a copy of the "old" Position Data Form ("PDF"), the revised PDF's, and the Position Data Change Form ("PDCF") for each position under study.

     

    1209.3If it is necessary to involve persons with special expertise in the committee meetings or discussions surrounding the actual measurement judgments, these discussions shall be held only when committee members are present.

     

    1209.4The staff of OPMD shall have the primary responsibility for job evaluation and classification.

     

    1209.5Except as provided in §1209.1, the Evaluation Committee shall be convened only when there is disagreement with the classification on the part of an incumbent or supervisor.
