Section 8-B404. BUDGET DIVISIONS: AUXILIARY ENTERPRISES

404.1The second division, Auxiliary Enterprises, shall be funded on a self-supporting basis.

404.2Funds collected from the enterprises in this division shall be used to provide the best possible facilities for the amount charged without subsidy or support from the funds of the University for maintenance and utility services.

404.3The funds collected under this division shall be deposited in a private depository within the District of Columbia.

404.4No more than ninety-five percent (95%) of the gross income from this division may be expended in the operation of the enterprises in the division.

404.5Profits made from the enterprises in this division shall be used at the direction of the Board for maintenance of auxiliary enterprises.
