Section 8-B500. ACQUISITION OF REAL ESTATE

500.1The Board may solicit the services of public and private agencies to assist in the acquisition of real estate for University approved purposes.

500.2The University shall not accept title to either buildings or land without the prior consent of the Board Committee on Campus Planning, Buildings and Grounds.

500.3Acquisition of real estate may be made by purchase, lease, rental, certificate of occupancy, or other means deemed appropriate by the Board Committee on Campus Planning, Buildings and Grounds.
