Section 8-B502. ARCHITECT/ENGINEER SELECTION

502.1If external architect/engineer services are required, the University shall advertise for services on all projects in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($ 100,000).

502.2Priority consideration shall be given to the utilization of District of Columbia architect/engineer firms for the development of projects undertaken by the University; Provided, that this provision shall not be construed to allow the procurement of professional services that are less than competent.
