Section 25-A4412. VIOLATION OF CORE ITEMS - TIME FRAME FOR CORRECTION

    4412.1The licensee shall correct core items by a date and time agreed to or specified by the Department but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the inspection, except as specified in § 4412.2. 

     

    4412.2The Department may approve a compliance schedule that extends beyond the time limits specified in § 4412.1 if the licensee submits a written schedule of compliance and no health hazard exists or will result from allowing an extended schedule for compliance.

     

    4412.3Violations of this section may subject a licensee to revocation or suspension of license pursuant to § 4719, civil penalties pursuant to § 4720, and judicial remedies pursuant to § 4722.
