Section 25-B1909. TOILETS AND URINALS - TOILET ROOMS ENCLOSED

1909.1A toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door, except that this requirement does not apply to a toilet room that is located outside a food processing operation and does not open directly into the food processing operation.

1909.2Toilet room doors shall be kept closed except during cleaning and maintenance operations.
