    2300.1The Department shall maintain records to demonstrate the effective administration of a District-wide shellfish safety and sanitation program to regulate:

     

    (a)Shellfish processing procedures and facilities;

     

    (b)Product labeling;

     

    (c)Storage, handling and packing;

     

    (d)Shellfish shipment in interstate commerce; and

     

    (e)Shellfish dealers.

     

    2300.2These records shall be maintained in a central file and made available to any interested person upon request, consistent with applicable District and federal law.
