Section 25-B2404. SHIPPING DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS

    2404.1Each shellfish shipment shall be accompanied by a shipping document.

     

    2404.2The shipping document shall contain:

     

    (a)The name, address, and certification number of the shipping dealer;

     

    (b)The name and address of the major consignee; and

     

    (c)The kind and quantity of the shellfish product.

     

    2404.3The receiving dealer shall:

     

    (a)Maintain in a file a copy of the completed shipping document; and

     

    (b)Make the shipping document available to the Department upon request.

     

    2404.4If the shipment is subdivided and shipped to different dealers, each receiving dealer shall maintain records sufficient to trace the portion received back to the original shipment.
