Section 25-B3213. CRITICAL VIOLATION - VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF CORRECTION

3213.1After observing at the time of inspection a correction of a critical violation, the Department shall enter the violation and information about the corrective action on the inspection report.
3213.2After receiving notification that the licensee or dealer has corrected a critical violation, the Department shall verify correction of the violation, document the information on an inspection report, and enter the report in the Department's records.
