Section 8-B1111. TEMPORARY AND PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT

    1111.1An employee shall be deemed "temporary" when his or her appointment does not exceed three hundred sixty-four (364) days.

     

    1111.2Temporary employment may be on a full-time or part-time tour of duty and pay basis.

     

    1111.3All employees appointed on a Wages-As-Employed (W.A.E.) basis shall be deemed to be temporary employees.

     

    1111.4A grant, trust, and other sponsored program employee shall be deemed to be a temporary employee.

     

    1111.5An employee shall be deemed to be "part-time" if his or her assigned regular tour of duty is thirty-nine (39) hours or less per week.
