2813.1Facilities for shucking and packing activities shall be separated by physical barriers such as rooms, partitions, or spacing to prevent contamination.
2813.2Manufacturing activities, which could result in the contamination of the shellfish, shall be separated by physical barriers such as rooms or partitions.
