Section 25-B301. DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION - RESPONSIBILITY OF SUPERVISOR TO REPORT SPECIFIC ILLNESS OF FOOD EMPLOYEE TO THE DEPARTMENT

301.1A supervisor shall notify the Department when a food employee is:

(a)Jaundiced; or

(b)Diagnosed with an illness due to a pathogen specified in section 300.4.
