401.1A manager shall ensure that a employee who exhibits or reports a symptom, or reports a diagnosed illness as specified in section 400.3, is prohibited from being employed as a massage therapist or ancillary employee until the employee satisfies the requirements for reinstatement associated with specific symptoms or diagnosed illnesses specified in section 406.
